The following, which had been read the second time and returned to                                  
the Rules Committee (page 3086), was before the House:                                              
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 123                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the allocation of money appropriated to the                                 
    Alaska Human Resource Investment Council; and providing for                                     
    an effective date."                                                                             
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(FIN)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to the allocation of money appropriated to the                                 
    Alaska Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an                                         
    effective date."
